AHU unit and Ducting system dirty and having problem
On 24/07/2022, Site visit, investigation and discussion has been made. We already diagnosed a few reason that cause the ducting system to have a problem. One of the problems is the dirty in ducting system was never been cleaned for 18 years and a few units from other part of the building that need to be check and fix. Other than that, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) will be conduct to make sure the air quality in the building becoming safe to inhale for the workers and other people that coming into the building
How Challenging Cleaning Ducting Chimney
It’s really challenging right? if you can look at the picture of Ducting cleaning in chimney below, the dirty and the position of ducting system are higher. Normally this type of cleaning will be made if the ducting system is dirty and had issue during the inspection HVAC system after investigation by competent person has been made

This is quite terrifying for us to see at the ducting system unit being in this condition. Imagine we inhale the air for everyday in our office unit, ship, or oil refinement.
